I hit 40 in June.

For my birthday, The Spaniard and my kids created a fantastic dinner with an Italian motif (a thematic prelude to an upcoming trip).

My wife asked my 7-year-old to set the table.

"Remember, the sharp edge of the knife goes toward the plate."

Perfect. We loved it.
